Breathe In, Breathe Out
Jennifer has been a student of yoga since 1999 and a teacher since 2004. She trained at the Salt Spring Centre of Yoga under devotees of Babba Hari Dass, learning the eight limbs of classical Ashtanga Yoga. Since completing her 200 hour teacher's training, she has furthered her education by becoming certified as a yin, prenatal and yoga nidra instructor as well as a thai and deep tissue massage practitioner. She is also a professional contemporary dancer and choreographer. Jennifer's passion as a dancer, dedication to the philosophy of yoga, and naturally intuitive touch, have led her to weave total body integration into the art of deep relaxation.
Classes We Offer
A sweaty, rigorous vinyasa practice that focuses on breath, alignment, core support, and relaxation. Every class is 90 minutes to ensure we practice sun salutations, standing postures, backbends, and inversions. Modifications are always provided and every student is encouraged to practice at their own personal level.
